A gentle, hands-on method focused on the craniosacral system, comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding and protecting the brain and spinal cord. This method can relieve headaches, neck pain, and muscle tension by inducing a deep state of relaxation.

With over 30 years of experience in the healing arts, Camille brings a thoughtful blend of therapeutic massage, holistic support, and body-centered education to her work. Her background includes professional training in Massage Therapy, Holistic Nutrition Consulting, Traditional Thai Massage and Herbalism, Yoga, and Ayurveda.
Through her signature Regenerative Bodywork™, Camille uses intentional touch, myofascial techniques, and restorative bodywork to help release deep tension in the feet, neck, shoulders, hips, and back while calming the nervous system and supporting greater ease in the body.
Her work also extends beyond the treatment room through coaching, wellness talks, cooking classes, and hands-on education. Whether through massage, conversation, nourishment, or teaching, Camille creates grounded spaces where people can slow down, listen to their bodies, and begin making realistic, nourishing, and replenishing choices for everyday life.
