​Soul & Body Renewal
Soul & Body Renewal is a one-day retreat experience created to help you step away from daily stress, reconnect with yourself, and begin a healthier, more balanced way of living. Through supportive lifestyle changes and a gentle first-week detox, you’ll reduce cravings, reset the system, and build a strong foundation for lasting wellbeing.

Participants will receive:• Nourishing food guidance that supports detoxification, reduces cravings, and promotes steady energy• Lifestyle and self-care practices, including journaling, art, and movement• Supportive group connection and practical tools for everyday wellness• The option for continued remote support to help create lasting healthy habits

Body Wellness Workshop
The participants will learn how to massage themselves using Thai-Yoga massage techniques for self-care, including pressure points, joint mobilization, Yoga-like stretches, mantras, breathwork, and Aromatherapy. This massage helps increase energy, flexibility, and relaxation in the body and mind. The participants can give themselves the gift of massage and aromatherapy at home. The participants’ minds and bodies will benefit from a studio class that combines basic Yoga movements, Thai massage techniques for self-care, and Aromatherapy.
Participants will feel relaxed and energized after attending this camp.

Yoga & Meditation
Relax and recharge during this meditation and movement class that focuses on awakening the muscles and joints to relieve tension and invigorate your energy. You will learn techniques and movements to incorporate into your daily routine and promote body expansion.

Soul Vision Workshop
This fun event is about pausing, self-exploration, reflection, and envisioning how you would like to live your life. The participants will create a collage vision board to guide them on their journey to achieving personal goals.

Together, we’ll explore delicious, wholesome recipes while embracing mindful practices that nourish body and soul. Whether you’re a seasoned cook or just beginning, my classes offer a welcoming space to learn, connect, and cultivate a deeper appreciation for the food we eat and how it supports our well-being.
