Body Wellness 

This restorative workshop blends gentle movement, meditation, breathwork, yoga, self-massage, mindset, and aromatherapy to help participants release tension, improve mobility and flexibility, calm the nervous system, and restore balance. In a setting similar to a yoga class, participants wear loose, comfortable clothing and are guided through practices that awaken the muscles and joints while supporting relaxation and renewed energy. They leave with practical techniques they can continue using at home to care for their body and mind.

Soul & Body Renewal
Soul & Body Renewal is a one- to five-day in-person retreat experience designed to help you release stress, reconnect with yourself, and begin living with greater balance and intention. With nourishing food guidance, gentle detox support, and restorative self-care practices, you’ll reduce cravings, restore energy, and leave with practical tools to support lasting wellbeing. The option for continued remote support to help turn new habits into lasting change is available.

Soul Vision 
This reflective retreat invites participants to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and gain greater clarity about how they want to live and feel moving forward. Through meditation, intention-setting, guided self-exploration, journaling, and meaningful group reflection, participants are supported in identifying what matters most and creating a more grounded path ahead. This experience is designed to inspire insight, renewal, and a deeper connection to self.

Spice Workshop

Make your own body products or tea blend

Learn about the benefits of selected herbs, flowers, and spices that will be

used to create herbal body bath teas, body scrubs, and aroma sachets. 

Or learn how to make their own tea blends for drinking.

Participants take home their creations.

Cooking classes with Chef Camille offer a mindful and welcoming way to explore vibrant, nourishing food. Based in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California, Camille creates personalized culinary experiences inspired by California, Italian, Spanish, Mexican, Asian, and Cuban-Puerto Rican cuisine, with vegan and Whole30 options thoughtfully tailored to each gathering. These classes are designed for individuals or families who want to learn wholesome recipes, deepen their connection to the food they eat, and enjoy a warm, interactive experience.

One-on-One Coaching

One-on-one coaching is available for individuals seeking more personalized support. Whether as a next step after a wellness talk or retreat, or as a stand-alone offering, coaching provides space to explore life transitions, relationships, communication, lifestyle habits, and overall wellbeing.
