Mantra
I am content

Practice
-Sit in stillness and listen to yourself.
-Take a deep breath, and with the exhale, say
“I release everything that is not serving me at this moment.”
Exhale through your mouth. Make it a long exhale. Repeat 2-3 times.
With the next inhale, say, “I receive Health, Peace, and Wellbeing.”
Inhale through your nose and fill your lungs fully. Make it an extended inhalation. Repeat 2-3 times.
-Accept the beauty that comes your way with an open heart.
